- Improved Performance: NFEP offers several advantages compared to FEP. It provides better toughness and has a longer shelf life. With a lower release force, resulting in higher printing success rates, making it suitable for faster printing speeds. Additionally, NFEP features improved anti-stick properties and wear resistance, targeted for LCD printers.
- High printing success rate: FEP 2.0 film has a high light transmittance of 95% and is resistant to resin corrosion, providing clear and transparent printing results, ensuring excellent printing quality and product reliability. It has a lower release force, allowing easy separation of the model from the film and improving printing efficiency, contributing to a printing success rate of up to 90%.
- Double-sided protective film: The double-sided protective film design of the NFEP film provides enhanced protection of the film and prevents accidental scratches or damage. The surface is smooth and flawless, without wrinkles, scratches, bubbles or other defects. It has high temperature resistance (up to 250 °C), electrical insulation and abrasion resistance, and can be reused multiple times.
