Product Description

NFEP release film (copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether, molecular structure: (CF-CF2}={CF-CF(ORf)}m) is made for printers with larger molding formats. The raw materials are imported from Japan, and have a smaller release force than FEP. It is suitable for 8.9-inch and above format light-curing printers.

NFEP has excellent non-stickiness, a smooth surface, and is not easy to adhere to substances, which can effectively prevent product adhesion. Secondly, NFEP release film is resistant to high temperatures, and its long-term stable working temperature can reach -254℃ to 300℃, and it is not easy to deform. In addition, it also has high transparency, and the UV transmittance is as high as 95% or more, providing higher quality for printed products.
